The first video is Noah sneezing, which is cute itself, but what is especially endearing is what he does after a sneeze. Following pretty much every sneeze, he lets out a little "oooh", as if he's almost mesmerized by the sneeze. It's super cute:
The second video is Noah standing (with a bit of help) and sitting up (again, with a bit of help). It's not like he'll be standing any time soon, but he does put all of his weight on his legs and keep himself upright pretty well - he just has absolutely no balance.
