Our little girl Eloise was born on Wednesday at 11:15 AM. She came in at 7 pounds 15 ounces and 20.5 inches. She's more beautiful than we could have imagined and has been an easy and content baby so far. Jana is doing well in her own recovery, aside from being sleep deprived, but hopefully the comforts of our own home will help her feel more well-rested. Noah has handle everything like such a big boy, and has already shown a lot of love for his little sister. He has visited the hospital twice, and he's been gentle and loving, giving Eloise unprompted hugs and kisses. Noah is going to be such a wonderful brother. And I've already had my camera clicking away, so expect to be updated often.
Finally, Jana and I are thankful for all of the messages, visits, and well-wishes we've had from our family and friends. We are fortunate to be able to share our joy with all of you, and we can't wait for everyone to meet our little babe.
I've started a new web album for photos of Eloise, so make sure to take a look
here. There are a lot of similar photos, but I decided to add them all because I simply couldn't leave any out - they are all too precious. A few of the photos are posted below, and I'm still working on processing some others. Once I'm done I'll add those too. Enjoy!
